Ordering
Ordering with us is as easy as 123. You just dial 1800-454-3941 and a sales representative will assist you right away. When ordering via online, please make sure to indicate your name, phone number, and IFloor order number.
Shipping
We ship 24 hours after the order has been placed. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. So if you order on a weekend, we will ship it on the next business day.
Since orders are shipped using our full size semi truck, accessibility to your street, like your driveway, is considered. In the event that our delivery truck cannot reach your home, your order will be transferred to a smaller truck. Please be prepared to shoulder additional fees for this transfer. If we don't have any smaller truck available, we will just ask you to pickup your order in our trucking terminal. Please be aware that we cannot refund delivery fees paid when this occurs.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is bound to ship and you have received confirmation and tracking number via email, you may track your package by going to the website of our courier.
Replacement and Damages
When you receive your order, please make sure to check it right away for damages or missing items. If you do not inspect the materials yourself, please make sure the person signing the item does. If upon inspection, no damages occurred, iFloor cannot be held liable for damages or shortages that will occur. It's best to look for anything suspicious, like rounded corners, denting and gouges before signing the item.
Not every order will have proof of damage on the outside. If you accept a shipment and then sign for no damages,later discovering there are damages hidden, you must contact the delivering carrier right away. Our company will not file any claims on your behalf. We are only happy to answer any questions you may have regarding shipping damages.
Should you receive any damaged materials, make sure you do not throw away it. iFloor will not be held liable for any damaged flooring once the product leaves our possession. You will need to coordinate with the responsible shipping company right away for any claims.
